This Framer Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Framer B.V. (“Framer”) and the entity or person placing an order for or accessing the Services (“Customer”). This Agreement consists of the terms and conditions set forth below and any Order Form. The “Effective Date” of this Agreement is the date which is the earlier of (a) Customer’s initial access to the Services through any online provisioning, registration or order process or (b) the Effective Date of the first Order Form. This Agreement will govern Customer’s initial purchase on the Effective Date as well as any future purchases made by Customer that reference this Agreement. Framer may modify this Agreement from time to time as permitted in Section 13.4 (Amendment).

Capitalized terms shall have the meanings set forth in Section 1, or in the section where they are first used.


1. Ethics & Compliance

We adhere to the following core principles in our business operations:

Conflicts of interest: We identify and manage potential conflicts of interest in our relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure that our advice and recommendations are objective and unbiased.

Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality in all of our client engagements, safeguarding sensitive information and data from unauthorized disclosure.

Professionalism: We conduct ourselves with the highest level of professionalism, treating all clients, partners, and stakeholders with respect, courtesy, and fairness.

Social responsibility: We are committed to social responsibility and sustainable business practices, contributing to the well-being of our communities and the environment.

We hold ourselves accountable to these principles, continually monitoring and assessing our work to ensure we uphold the highest standards of ethics and compliance and supporting our partners, employees and stakeholders to report any concerns to our internal compliance team and our external auditors, NAME for investigation and resolution.

Note: These Terms of Service do not replace the Terms of Service for those Customers who have a separately negotiated agreement.
